You must be at least eighteen years of age to use our website. Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform (Squarespace) and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety of your individual use of the website. The Terms and Conditions contained on this page is subject to change at any time.

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and property of Inner Sun & Moon LLC or the properly attributed party. It is within our sole discretion to allow any user’s access of our website, and we may revoke this access at any time without notice, and if necessary, block your IP address from further visits to our site(s).

Course Agreements

By purchasing, accepting a scholarship for (whether full or partial), doing a work/study trade, or otherwise participating in any Inner Sun & Moon course, you are agreeing to abide by the course agreement for that course in addition to the website Terms & Conditions if there is an additional course agreement for that course outlined below.

We reserve the right to update course agreements at any time and without notice.

By participating in any Inner Sun & Moon course, class, mentorship, or training that does not have an additional course agreement, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Many of Inner Sun & Moon’s teachers are guest teachers or independent contractors. By participating in any Inner Sun & Moon course, class, mentorship, or training, you are agreeing that Inner Sun & Moon and its owners can not be held responsible for anything said or taught by any teacher who is an independent contractor or guest teacher, nor can we be held responsible for their errors or omissions, whether in the course, class, training, or mentorship, or outside of it.

We are not responsible for the way you use the information in any course, class, training, or mentorship with yourself or with others.

Refund Policy For Products

All sales are final for all products — refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available at this time.

If you feel we have made a mistake, please contact heal@innersunandmoon.com & we will do our best to correct the error.

If a product gets damaged during shipping and your order arrives damaged, you can receive a replacement item if you contact us at heal@innersunandmoon.com within 24 hours of the receipt of your package. You must include in your communication with us a photo of the damaged item.

Refund Policy For Classes & Courses

All sales are final for all courses, classes, trainings, and mentorships — exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not available at this time — with the exception of The Ayurvedic Doula: Specialized Certification In Ayurvedic Postpartum Care course & the Vibrational Medicine Practitioner’s Course — which both offer a 7-day money back guarantee (no questions asked). Contact heal@innersunandmoon.com within 7 days of your original purchase date & time if you would like a full refund. After the first 7 days, all sales are final.

Refund & Cancellation Policy For Service Appointments

Customers are required to prepay for the service at the time of booking an appointment. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds on service appointments at this time. However you are welcome to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment start time. Cancelling your appointment less than 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment time forfeits your appointment, without refund and cannot be rescheduled.

Refunds are not available after a service has been performed whether in person or remotely long distance.

Shipping

We are set up to ship within the United States, but can sometimes offer international shipping by special request.

Packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service on Mondays & Fridays unless otherwise noted.

If a product gets damaged during shipping and your order arrives damaged, you can receive a replacement item if you contact us at heal@innersunandmoon.com within 24 hours of the receipt of your package. You must include in your communication with us a photo of the damaged item.

We ship packages to the shipping address provided to us by the customer when you place your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you realize you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us at heal@innersunandmoon.com before we ship your order and we will update your address. Once we have shipped your order, there is nothing we can do to change the shipping address. We are not able to provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges on packages that have been shipped to the wrong address.

If your package goes missing, we can replace it only after the United States Postal Service has processed our lost package claim and granted us the money for which the lost package was insured. If you choose USPS First Class mail service at checkout, your order will be insured for up to $50. If you choose Ground Shipping, your order will not be insured and cannot be replaced if it goes missing.

If the tracking on your package shows that it has been delivered to your address but you have not actually received your package, USPS recommends taking the following action steps — https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package. At that point, tracking down the package is between you and USPS and we are not able to issue you a refund or replacement item(s).

International Shipping

We declare the value of all items shipped internationally, and we insure all items at the declared value.

The customer is responsible for paying all import taxes and other fees associated with the receipt of items shipped internationally.

If you refuse to pay import taxes or other fees on your international package, you can have the package shipped back to us. You will not be refunded and we will not ship the package back to you a second time.

If an international package goes missing, we can replace it only after the United States Postal Service has processed our lost package claim and granted us the money for which the lost package was insured.Entire Agreement

Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Cookies, Log Files and Web Beacons: Like many other Web sites, we make use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’ analytics. We may partner with third party analytic companies, including Google analytics. PROCESSING YOUR INFORMATION

For the most part, we do not process your information in-house, but give it to third party processors for processing. For example, when Stripe or Square takes your payment information, they are a third party processor. They process your payment and remit the funds to us. So in many instances, it will be necessary for us to transmit your information to a third party processor, as we do not have the capability to perform these functions. More detail on third party processing is detailed below.

However, we may, from time to time, process your data internally. The legal basis for this processing is both your consent to the processing, and our need to conduct our legitimate business interests.  Our purposes in processing this information, if we do, is to administer, maintain, and improve our website and offerings, to enter into contracts with you, to fulfill the terms of those contracts, to keep records of our transactions and interactions, to be able to provide you with goods and services, to comply with our legal obligations, to obtain professional advice, and to protect the rights and interests of our company, our customers (including you), and any third parties.  We may process the following data:

You may request that we delete your data at any time. However, note that we cannot control the retention policies of third parties.   If you wish to have any third parties, including those to whom we’ve transmitted your data, delete that data, you will need to contact those third parties directly.  You may request from us a list of all third parties to whom we have transmitted your data.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and keep your information secure.  We use recognized online secure payment systems and implement generally accepted standards of security to protect against personal data loss or misuse.  However, no security measure is foolproof, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception or misuse.  We cannot guarantee complete security of any information you transmit to us.

By consent to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that your personal data may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of your data by other parties.

CHILDREN

Confirm Personal Data and Its Use: You have the right to request that we confirm what data we hold about you, and for what purposes.  You also have the right to confirmation of whether we process your data or deliver your data to third party processors, and for what purposes. We will supply you with copies of your personal data unless doing so would affect the rights and freedoms of others. 

Change Consent: You have the right to change your consent to our use of your information. In such cases, we may require you to delete your account with us, as described above, and you may not have full access to our website.
