WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?
I am passionate about sharing these practices with modern mamas because a lot of women aren't aware that this experience is available to them, nor are they aware of just how beautiful the postpartum window can be. For me, it is crucial that mamas + babies are given this foundation because it will change the world one family at a time. This work comes so naturally for me, it is what I am meant to be doing.
How do you want to see your work change the world?
I would love every family who is fortunate enough to have this experience to share, share, share it with others and invite them to seek their own AyurDoula. In time, with this kind of support, the world will be more gentle, more loving, and more connected.
